Drawings are being display in black and white - even though they should be in colour.

We will attempt to apply the correct plot style in any drawings uploaded. Unfortunately as every company will have custom plot styles, we will default to black and white when we detect a plot style that we are unaware of. If you are able to supply us with the correct plot style ( .ctb ), we will be able to apply them to any existing drawings in your bucket. In addition any drawings uploaded in future will have the colours and plot style applied correctly.

To have plot styles and fonts uploaded/replaced with the correct plot style files please contact your Bucket Administrator - they have tools to upload these files to the bucket and re-process artefact previews.
