Re-arrange Artefact Versions in History

There are some instances where it may be necessary to rearrange the versions of an artefact. For example, when cancelling a workflow and returning an artefact to the last approved version, or where you locate previous revisions of an artefact and want to insert them into the artefacts Version History. For these purposes, you can use the Rearrange Tool.

Navigate to the Artefact Page, and select the Tools tab from the Sidebar. Next select the Toolkit drop down menu, and from here you can access the Rearrange Tool.

You may choose to Upload new version files, if applicable, using the Add Files button, and/or rearrange versions by using the up/down arrows on each version card. be aware that newly added versions will automatically appear at the bottom of the History list and will need to be moved into correct position, if necessary, once added.

NOTE: Only DWG and PDF formats supported for Add Files function.

When complete, click the Submit Arranged Versions button to proceed.
