How to Favourite Artefacts and Groups

Artefacts: All of the favourited artefacts show up in your Search page prior to any search query execution as well as in your mobile apps in the dashboard

Groups: Favourited groups show up in the left navigation panel labelled under "FAVOURITE GROUPS"

You can add artefacts and groups to your Favourites throughout RedEyeDMS, wherever you see the Star symbol this will add them to your favourites lists for fast no search access.

Groups can be added to favourites by clicking the Star icon beside the Group Listing in the Groups page. The clip below shows how to favourite a group and get fast access to the Group Admin page.

Artefacts can be added to favourites in a few ways, singly and in bulk. The following clip and screenshots below show you how.

In Search you can easily click the Star to add or remove from Favourites.

You can also select multiple drawings and add them to the Collection, and then apply a bulk action to add the selected drawings to Favourites.

You can add any drawing to Favourites from the Artefact Page.
